The hotel is located in the optical valley, providing easy access to popular attractions and amenities. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and attentive service. the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences. the restaurant serves delicious dishes, both Western and Chinese. There is also a coffee maker and mini-bar available in the rooms.
The hotel's staff could improve their English language skills to provide smoother check-out and taxi services.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast menu had a great variety of options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The room was well-designed with a comfortable sofa in front of the TV.
There was ongoing construction work near the hotel, causing a lot of noise during the day and late at night. It would have been preferable if there were more English channels or movie channels available on the TV.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that had amazing breakfast choices with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. the calm and quiet location had great facilities, including a coffee maker and a free mini bar filled with soft drinks, water, and beer. the hotel's restaurant was also a great choice for dinner with a great ambience to match.
The language barrier was quite strong, and most of the staff did not speak English fluently. the nearest mall was about 2 km away.

the exclusive amenities provided in the room were of top-notch quality and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the private facilities in the room were luxurious and comfortable. the service provided by the staff was excellent and they made sure to fulfill every request we had. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.
There was a minor issue during checkout. the lack of proficiency in English language skills made the process longer than expected, leading to a bit of frustration on our part.
